Shipping Policy - Online Store Products

  • Terrorism Research Center, Inc (TRC) will fulfill purchases for deliver in a timely manner after payment has been authorized.
  • We ship most orders in 2 business days. Some items require a longer shipping time and they will be noted as such. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are shipped.
  • Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note, this may take extra delivery time. Check the item description for estimated delivery time.
  • If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
  • Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box, so please provide a physical shipping address.
  • Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase based on your total purchase. Shipment tracking will be available.
  • Online deliveries and downloads will be sent to a specified email address and will include contact information of TRC personnel who can assist with delivery and download issues.

Return Policy

All goods returned by mail must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number issued by Terrorism Research Center, Inc. Please call 703-812-4478 9 am - 5 pm EST Monday through Friday for an RMA number. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, using the carrier of your choice.
  • Locate and include your packing receipt with the returned merchandise. We suggest you make a copy and save for your records.
  • Securely repack the merchandise, all accessories and tags that were shipped with the item(s) in the manufacturer’s packaging and in an appropriately sized shipping box. Please use the original shipping box when possible.
  • Mark the outside of the package with the RMA number issued by TRC.
  • We strongly suggest you use FEDEX or UPS to return your merchandise, and for your protection we also recommend you insure the package against loss. Request a delivery confirmation and save your shipping receipt and tracking number until you receive your refund. We are sorry; we do not accept COD returns of any kind.
  • We will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
